 Beach Girls Realty has been around since 1980, our name reflects that we are local and were started by woman. The name has proved to be a great advertising tool for us.  The owner Pat Efird has lived on Carolina Beach for 50 years and has been on the city council for 25 years.  “I believe I know the beach as well as anyone, if not better”.  History is essential in property management; you must know what was before.  Until you can imagine what will be.  We have seen a lot of change from having no sidewalks and few paved roads, a swinging bridge and not many houses past 4^th street to the building booms we have experienced and are experiencing today.  We are an island and should strive to keep the integrity of that, as it is the draw of our community.  We are a resort first and I think doing things to encourage tourists to come to this town is essential.  Bea ch Girls realty not only has knowledge of the area, experience and respect for the island, but very capable agents to assist you with buying or selling any property.  Let us help you find your castle!
